According to some tipsters, the Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro will feature super sharp AMOLED displays with a 144Hz refresh rate. The exact chip names have not been revealed, but tipsters claim that the Xiaomi 13T will feature the flagship 4nm chipset while the 13T Pro will feature the famous 4nm chip.

According to rumors, the Xiaomi 13T Pro could be a revamped version of the Redmi K60 Ultra, which is due to launch in China in July. The K60 Ultra will be equipped with the Dimensity 9200 Plus SoC. It's very likely that the same chip is also in his 13T Pro. The speculators go on to claim that the Xiaomi 13T will come with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, while the Pro version will offer 12GB RAM and 512GB storage configuration. Both models work with his MIUI 14. Although the tipster hasn't explicitly mentioned it, it looks like the 13T will be based on Android 13 built on top of MIUI 14.
